Pat dry and temper your steak for 2 hours at room temperature before cooking
Always keep the lid open on your bbq while you're cooking, it’s a grill not an oven
Forget what you’ve heard about only flipping your steak once on the grill... that’s nonsense. Don’t be afraid to move and flip your steak often for a better crust. Think surface area and contact with the hot grill
Rest your steak for at least 50% of the time it took to cook before slicing
